Minimize use of preprinted paper forms while saving money

As a state approved contractor working with several state agencies, we have discovered many state agencies use abundance paper forms like License applications, benefit forms etc. Copies are distributed for processing, and approved paper copies are filed and stored. Our solution allows applicants to fill a browser-enabled PDF file, electronically sign and submit with added documents- online. Agencies will have access to these e-forms via a portal and can streamline process through a configurable workflow. Data is extracted from the form so there is no need for manual data entry and can be integrated into existing systems for interoperability. Approved forms are stored in e-vaults and follow specified retention schedules. Our Green solution brings efficiency, traceability and streamlined forms life cycle management - while saving costs by mitigating printing, data entry, copying and storing cost.
